Now this is fun... walkers, runners, skaters, boarders, strollers and more join me for a unique 5K event... See you there. Check out the bottom of page for a few pics from last year's event.
Second Annual 5K Birthday Bash

To deal with the aches, pains, and psychological warfare of beginning the last year of her 30's, Amy wanted to develop a unique birthday event that included a couple of her favorite things.
- Gather with old and new friends by the numbers
- Spread a little fitness cheer
Through these two concepts the idea of the 5K Birthday Bash was born.
5K Birthday Bash Description
Join me for a non-competitive, fun-filled 5K event with a few party tricks and favors thrown in! I'll do you the favor of throwing in a yoga stretch at the end :-)
Run, jog, bike, skateboard or walk the distance (or part of the distance) it doesn't matter as you have 90 minutes to complete it... Did I mention there "may" be a few challenges for those of you who are up to it?
Come join me for two of my favorite things in the world: a good party/celebration and a workout. I'll be the one with balloons on my butt! BTW it's my 40th this year..help me celebrate it Amy style.
