BootCamp Sessions
These sessions are 4, 6, or 8 weeks in length and scheduled at various times throughout the year and are always tons of fun. We rotate the specific locations where we offer these, but always around central Snohomish County. If you want to join a small group in a well rounded fitness program that take it out of the gym, you'll want to check these out.

On-Line - Personalized Video Training
Over the past decade, on-line training has become pretty well known throughout the industry. What makes this unique is not the personal assessment, personal program design, or continuing support over the training period, but the fact that your entire personal program is video recorded and made available for your review. No questioning how to perform an exercise, how the circuit fits together, what is meant by unfamiliar terms.


Wilderness Workouts
Taking the bootcamp program to the wild. These mini-trips are generally half day to a full day of fun. We take you on a local hike to one of our many local attractions... living in the NorthWest is such a bonus... Along the way we'll enjoy the challenge and the scenery. When we make our final destination together we will soak in nature while enjoying a group yoga program.

Healthy All-Inclusive Retreat
Through some of our contacts via our fitness professional offerings, we are excited to offer multi day retreats. Our trips bring all participants to beautiful all-inclusive Caribbean resorts where you not only get all resort amenities, but we also lead the group through personal yoga & meditation classes, healthy topic learning sessions, as well as resistance training & cardiovascular opportunities.

Join us in hosting or participating in a Healthy Gatherings™ home party. You and your friends will enjoy an evening together. Will have an opportunity to view and tryout many different health & fitness products, and will learn a great deal on the five essential pillars of a healthy lifestyle. A 90 minutes discussion on nutrition, strength training, flexibility, cardiorespiratory training, and the mind/body connection will be wrapped into a fun party program.
Exotic Exercise Party
Yes, we even cater to every women's wild side. If you really want something unique, host a pole dance party. We'll cover some of the finer techniques of basic pole dancing moves, even a little exotic dance, while enlightening you on the various healthful benefits than can come with this truly unique exercise style and tool.
